Arrived in Honolulu aboard the military troopship the Marine Wolf.
Takeshi Ansai and his wife, Fumi, had two children while in camp. Son Shinichi Carl was born in Jerome in 1943. Daughter Kiyoko was born in Tule Lake in 1944. Kiyoko died shortly after her birth.
