U.S. Immigration Station, Honolulu, Oahu Island

December 1942: Kimiyo Ikeda and the Ikeda children travelled to Honolulu and were reunited with Kazuto at the Immigration Station, where they were held prior to their transfer to the Mainland.


Transferred to Mainland: December 1942

Sent aboard the military troopship the Lurline with more than 430 other Hawaii residents for incarceration in Mainland camps.
