Tenth Transfer Group: December 1943

A group of twenty-nine Issei men were sent on the tenth transfer ship for incarceration on the Mainland. Some were later paroled to War Relocation Authority camps to reunite with family members under confinement.

Returned to Hawaii: November 1945

Arrived in Honolulu with 450 other internees aboard the military troopship the Yarmouth.

Sons Clifford Yukito Honda and Hiromi Honda served in the U.S. military during World War II.
